Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to consideredART. consideredART offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the content on this website without express written permission by us.

Our store uses the woocommerce online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All data sent and received between your device and our server is encrypted using SSL technology.

Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase, and proceed to the checkout, you will be invited either to checkout as a guest, create an account or log in if you already have an account with us. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing your invoice and confirmation of your order.

consideredART accepts payment by credit card or Paypal, using the secure encrypted services of Stripe and Paypal.

All prices listed are in Australian dollars. Prices shown are inclusive of gst if payable. The majority of our artists are under the threshold, however gst may will be included for purchases of artworks by artists who are registered for gst and shipped to buyers within Australia. Any taxes or duties payable in destinations other than Australia will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept artworks for return, so it is important you take the time to consider your decision. Please get in touch if you require any additional information to help you make the right choice.

All artwork is carefully inspected for faults and damage prior to packing. We take the utmost care to ensure the item you purchased is packaged securely and appropriately for shipping to you. Unfortunately sometimes accidents can happen en route.  Should your item arrive having sustained damage in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

We do our best to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate and up to date, however occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice – including after you have submitted your order.

We rely on our artists to keep us updated with information about themselves and their art however cannot guarantee that information about our artists or their products presented for sale on this website will always be 100% correct at time of viewing. We do however warrant the authenticity of the art and of limited editions.

consideredART is not liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless consideredART and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
